very pleased with the results but...
I have received my canvas art picture from your studio and I am very pleased with the results. The print was meant as a Christmas gift for my wife, but she was the one who found the fedex package and to my dismay, your company had taped an invoice sheet to the OUTSIDE of the shipping box with a description of the item and a thumbnail picture of the print. So much for surprises. :( I liked the quality of the work and will be ordering again - also as a gift. I would recommend that you revisit your invoice slip policies to avoid this type of customer frustration in the future. Best regards, Andrew

Very Fast turnaround on my frame and free shipping is a plus.Unfortunately the frame was oversized so my canvas is a sloppy fit. Over 1/8\" gap between canvas and the rabbet inside the back of the floater frame can be seen. Next time I guess I need to take 1/8\" of my canvas measurement.

I just received the canvas prints and wanted to let you know how pleased I am with them! They turned out even better than I had hoped too. The concert stubs belong to my husband and the prints were made to decorate the wall of our daughter's bedroom who turns 14 this week. She is a huge British rock fan and will flip when she sees them. I just received the picture of my grandson making his 1st Communion. He and my granddaughter are standing together in the photo...It is just beautiful. I was concerned that the pink of her dress may not come out the right colour but it did..It is just as I had imagined..Thank you so much and you were so kind to me and thank you for all of the corespondents. I am very pleased with the end product...It makes such a difference with the gray lines taken off of the floor and the big gold letters taken out...You did excellent work.
